The Syndicate is an organization that focuses on bringing Missouri music teachers together to further enrich students lives through the music the students are familiar with. The Syndicate is a place that teachers can share ideas, collaborate, and bring their students together to make a better musical community in the state of Missouri. 

Our team is made up of passionate teachers that want to bring the joy of music to as many students as possible. That might take the appearance of Modern Band which is The Syndicate’s primary focus. Modern Band focuses on guitars, drums, and vocals. The teachers that make up this collective are dedicated educators that want the most out of their music program.
